Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submit Your Research
We invite researchers, scholars, and professionals to submit abstracts for consideration for the WNGP – Gynecology Conference on December 18–19, 2025, at Hilton Molino Stucky, Venice, Italy, via the Abstract-Submission page. Below are the guidelines to help you prepare and submit a compelling abstract for review.
General Submission Guidelines
- Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 20-August-2025
- Format: Abstracts should be submitted in Word/PDF format through the online submission portal at Abstract-Submission
- Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstract Content
- Title: The title should be concise, descriptive, and reflect the main topic of your research. It should not exceed more than 350 words.
- Authors: Include the full names, affiliations, and contact information of all authors. Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*) or as specified by the submission system
- Body:
- Background/Introduction: Provide context and relevance of the research.
- Methods: Briefly describe the research methodology and approach.
- Results: Summarize the key findings of your research
- Conclusion: Highlight the significance and implications of the results.
- Keywords: Include [3-5] keywords that represent the main topics of your research.
Abstract Formatting
- Length: The abstract should be between [150-350] words. Ensure that it is concise and covers all relevant aspects of your research.
- Style: Use clear, professional language. Avoid jargon and complex terminology to ensure clarity.
- Headings: Do not use headings or subheadings within the abstract. Present your research in a continuous paragraph format.

Submission Process
- Prepare Your Abstract: Ensure your abstract adheres to the content and formatting guidelines.
- Submit Your Abstract at Abstract-Submission
- Confirmation: After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Review the email to ensure your submission was successful.
Review and Acceptance
- Review Process: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. Reviewers will evaluate based on relevance, originality, scientific quality, and clarity.
- Notification: You will be notified of acceptance or rejection within two working days from the submission date. Accepted abstracts will be invited to present at the conference.
Presentation Preparation
- Oral Presentations: If accepted for an oral presentation, you will be required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a time limit of 20-30 minutes.
- Poster Presentations: If accepted for a poster presentation, you will be required to prepare a poster that adheres to the size and format specifications provided by the conference.
